-We need to give the Jeep back soon for plowing season.
-Get rid of the Mazda, and find a new car.
-We may need to pay for a new door.
-We need to move by the end of December.
-My gym payments got fucked somehow so they shut off my key and I cant get in for now.
-The holidays are coming up.
-Were 3 months away from the wedding.
-Spencer just lost his job.

+Its nice having him around everyday. We have all this extra time to spend together, and he has a lot more time with the kids.
+My mom brought up that maybe we could move into my Grandma's house for a little while while things calm down.
+We have been talking about moving farther away. An hour or 2 maybe.
+We were only looking for houses in/around New Berlin to stay close to his job...but now we dont have to. And we both kind of just want to leave.

Im so sick of everything.
I feel like Im trying hard to not just say fuck it all lately.

Monday 10/17 - Ran 4.67 miles, burned 455 calories.
Wednesday 10/19 - Ran 6.48 miles, burned 621 calories.
Thursday 10/20 - Ran 5.36 miles, burned 508 calories.

I switched shoes now because my EasyTones were too small and hurting my feet and ankles. Ive only used them one day so far but hopefully it will help. Kitty
We got a kitty on last Thursday. A boy named Stabler. Ive always said no to getting one. I dont know why or how my mind changed. I guess I just dont really care anymore haha. My allergies havent been too bad, and I dont think Alikah is allergic like we did before. Alikah loves him but she is a little too much for him sometimes. Wedding
It was Jared & Holly's wedding weekend so we were pretty busy with that. Alikah was the flower girl and she did great. I cried of course. Im hoping Holly posts pictures online or something and then I can grab a few and do another entry about it. The night ended...pretty crazily. I have no idea where my bag is so my camera and wallet are missing. Our house keys are missing. We took a cab home and the property manager didnt answer his door so Spencer ended up breaking our door in. They came and hammered it back together this morning and put a guard and new handle on it for now until they can order a new door. Honesty I wouldnt mind keeping the door how it is now because we dont want to pay $1,000 for a new door.
Anyway...I had to have left my bag on the trolley or at the reception site. Spencer has called both places 3 times with no answer so now he left messages and I guess we just wait. Spencer's mom said someone put all the lost stuff in a box at the end of the reception so they might have it too but we have no idea who has the box and his mom hasnt answered either. Fun stuff!!!
But besides all that crazy shit the wedding was beautiful, Holly looked amazing, and Im so happy for both of them.

Alikahs being a huge brat lately so we started time-outs. She already had 3 today. She is seriously being such a little jerk ugh. Yelling, acting like shes gonna hit me, telling me that Im "so mean." I can tell her "Just leave him (Stabler) alone right now," and she will yell, throw herself on the floor or couch and punch it. Its just absolutely ridiculous and Im hoping it passes soon because I am sick of it.

Were all stressed out. We need a new car, our lease is up in 2 months, our wedding, all this other crap. Always something. But it will pass.

Harper's 4 month appointment is on Wednesday so ill do his monthly update after that.

Yep. This is boring because I dont really feel like updating but I was behind.
All I really want right now is to know that someone has my friken bag. I will feel much better then.

the past week and TVs

Wednesday August 17th - Theres a little park a mile and a half up the road from us and I took a walk with the kids there to play. No ones ever there and its small enough for Alikah to be able to do everything herself. Usually she wont slide alone but she goes down all 3 slides by herself there. I think its partly because shes not feeling pressured to hurry up or anything by other kids, she can just take her time. She likes to find broken pieces of asphalt and put them down the slides lol.After Spencer got home we all went to the library. We got a LOT of books and two Spongebob DVDs, of course.

Thursday August 18th - I had my "6 week" follow up doctors appointment. Nothing special...I stopped taking my citalopram a couple weeks ago and she wants me to start taking it again but I dont think Im going to. We talked a lot about Harpers gas though and she showed me how to do belly massages and stuff. I asked her about switching to soy and she said to try it but if we dont notice it making any difference to switch right back to regular.After the appointment we went to my parents to swim. Alikah was a grump. We came home to nap and we played outside with all the neighbor kids later.

Friday August 19th - We didnt do much. Went on a couple walks. My mom called though and told us Marnie had a TV and stand she needed to get rid of and that if we brought them a case of beer we could take it. Super weird timing because Spencer had just said the day before that we were finally going to get one on Monday. But we decided well take both - we dont really have room in this apartment and can only get cable in one room but once we move Itll definitely be nice to have more than one!

Saturday August 20th - I got ridiculously tired after taking my meds in the morning. Usually that doesnt happen so I think it was them + my lack of sleep lately. I passed out with Harper until like 1 PM and then we all got ready and went to the little park again. We brought Alikah's soccer ball so her and Spencer kicked that around for awhile and Alikah climbed up the "rock wall" all by herself...and then again and again and again...After the park we went to pick up the TV from Marnie. We borrowed my moms SUV & dolly cart to bring it home. It is a monster of a freakin TV. Our stairs have 3 steps, then they turn and come the rest of the way up. Well the TV wouldnt fit up the first 3 on the dolly so we had to carry that fucker up those. But then once we got it up there, we couldnt fit the dolly on the landing with it to get it the rest of the way up and theres no way in hell I would have been able to carry it the rest of the way up, so here is our TV:Awesome! So after an hour of trying we brought my moms car back and then left pretty quick. We were going to a bonfire/cook out at Anthony's (Spencers friend from work) and the whole TV deal had already made us later than we wanted to be. We had some hot dogs, some beer (well I had Sparks), Alikah had fun playing soccer and tangling up the ladder ball strings, and once it got darker we watched Napoleon Dynamite - Anthony has a projection screen on the side of his garage which was just really cool. Anthony met his girlfriend Val on match.com and Ive gotten to hear all about it since the beginning so I was excited to finally get to meet her too :)

Sunday August 21st - Harper's two months old! (I have an draft saved - his appointment is tomorrow so I want to wait to find out his length/weight before I publish it.) We all slept until 10:00!! Alikah must have been exhausted. I woke up first and I was like holy crap is it seriously 10?? And then Spencer got up and was like "Alikahs not awake?!" Haha. We were lazy. Spencer took the kids to the grocery store while I showered. I even got to shave my legs...exciting. After Alikah's nap we headed over to Aram, Derek and Lee's (Spencer's friends) house for Derek's birthday get together. They have horse-shoes so Alikah played in the "sandbox" a lot and ran around with Spencer, Derek and Derek's girlfriend Danielle. Aram made burgers and Alikah almost ate a whole one! She very very rarely eats meat so its always surprising when she does. Harper was crabby so I was dealing with him most of the time. We left around 8:30.

Today Brandons coming home with Spencer after work so they can finally get the TV inside and then were going to get the new one tomorrow. Honestly I have no idea where were even going to put the monster TV for now. Its going in our bedroom somewhere but no really sure where....and then the tiny TV we have been using is moving to Alikah's room. They wont have cable but we figure at least she'll be able to watch movies and I can hook up my Playstation to the one in our room.

No weight changes. I'm at a stand still. BUT Spencer is getting me a gym membership and then a couple days a week when he gets home he said he'll watch the kids so I can go. Ive been wanting one for awhile so Im really excited!

24 Week Appt

We didnt do much this weekend besides paint some of Alikah's room.
I re-arranged it a bit too and I like it much better now.
Mine and Spencer's room is a disaster though haha. Ill get to it eventually.

I had a doctors appointment at 5 today so we picked up Spencer from work so that we could all go together and make it on time.
-Placenta Previa: If it doesnt correct itself by 30 weeks we'll talk about it more
-I am measuring 4 weeks behind but since I just had an ultrasound and I was small with Alikah too shes not gonna worry about it unless it gets worse. With Alikah I had to get checked for IUGR when I was 32 weeks and it came back fine.
-I didnt ask for the heart-rate but she said it was "perfect" and thats good enough for me!
-I said the other day I have gained 7 pounds on my scale. They say I am still -2 from my starting weight but I gained 5 since my last appointment so they are happy.

My next high-risk appointment on April 21st and I noticed right when we got home that I stupidly scheduled my next regular appointment for the same day, so I need to call right away tomorrow morning so I can try to get in not too long after.

After the Dr. we went to Spencer's parents house for dinner and Alikah was in a WAY better mood than she was the last time we went over. She was coloring, singing, counting until maybe 20 minutes before we left and then she got a bit cranky. Still would not go my his dad though. She must be going through a little 2-year-old phase :)

In The Process

We've been "home" for over a week now. Right now it still looks like Alikah's apartment and the only rooms that are "done" for the most part are her bedroom and the bathrooms. Spencer hasnt even moved anything in from his house yet except for some clothes, hes supposed to be doing that tomorrow and also stopping at my parents house to get my desk. Our bedroom is some mattresses on the floor, two lamps and a corner piled with all my scrapbooking/office stuff. That picture is of our gorgeous cardboard box flooring by the front door so we have more room to take our salt-covered shoes off without spreading it all over the carpet :)
But I love it. My days are organizing or playing with Alikah and my nights are movies and fires.
Yesterday I had my first ultrasound and our feelings of it being twins turned out to be wrong BUT I am carrying one extremely active little babe. The entire 45 minutes baby was doing flips on the screen. Im only 12 weeks so obviously I cant but half way through even the doctor was like "Wow...can you feel any of that??!"
I made a card for Spencer's parents that he is going to give them today when he stops over there after work that has a picture from the ultrasound in it, which is how hes going to tell them.
Alikah found the carbon monoxide alarm in her room today and after beeping it twice before I got there once I opened the door she came running out crying and screaming "I PUSHED THE BUTTON PUSHED BUTTON!!" and it was hilarious but she wouldnt go back in her room until 15 minutes later and then I had to sit in there with her until she was finally calmed down enough to take her nap. Ohhh Alikah.
